Persyaratan Umum (Pembiayaan Rupiah dan US Dollar)

Consumptive financing with minimum submission Rp. 50 million (plafond)	Age 21-54 years old Minimum 2 years of working experience A copy of married couple ID Card A copy of residency card A copy of marriage certificate An identification letter from husband or wife Salary Receipt of the last 3 months A recommendation letter from the company A copy of NPWP (for submission above Rp. 100 million) Bank account statement of the last 3 months A copy of collateral letter (land, property or vehicle) Installments is not more than 40% from basic salary
Cooperation financing	Submission letter A copy of NPWP A copy of SIUP (Trade Business Permit) A copy of TDP Statutes and rules of association of cooperation, including all changes Attestation letter from the Department of Cooperation The organization structure approved by the Department of Cooperation Financial statement of the last 2 years Annual budget meeting of the last 2 years Cash flow projection during the financing period Collateral data Other official documents Customer must open new account in Muamalat Bank
Corporation financing (PT/CV)	A submission letter A copy of NPWP A copy of SIUP A copy of TDP and other official documents or permit A copy of one of the CEO’S ID Card Company Profile Company Establishment document, including all changes Attestation letter from The Department of Justice A copy of current account of the last 3 months Financial statement of the last 2 years Cash flow projection during the financing period Collateral data Other official documents Customer must open new account in Muamalat Bank
